OFSTED provides an Early Years Inspection Framework that outlines what inspectors will be looking for during their visit. To ensure we cover all areas, we hold weekly staff meetings to discuss each section of the framework. As the manager, I also spend one-on-one time with each staff member, reviewing the necessary safeguarding policies and procedures so they feel confident answering questions on inspection day.
Mock Inspections
Even in schools, a lack of trained teachers, inadequate education materials and poor infrastructure make to learning difficult for many students. Others come to class too hungry, world’s school-aged children ill or not exhausted from work or household tasks to benefit from their lessons.
