Secure your child’s place on our waiting list

In common with most other schools, we charge a deposit when you accept a place for your child.

The deposit is currently £2,000 and is payable when we confirm a place for your child. Places are offered one year before they are due to start. The deposit, which is strictly non-refundable, is deducted from the fees for your child’s last term.

All term fees are payable in advance. A full term’s notice of withdrawal must be given in writing, otherwise, one term’s fee will be charged.

We are unable to offer fully (Government) funded places. Please see below for funding options.

We offer two Government Funding Schemes:

Universal Entitlement Funding for 3 & 4 year olds (15 hrs per week)

Funding is available to all parents from the term after their child's 3rd birthday and is approximately £900 per term. Funding amounts vary according to the length of each term.

Working Family Entitlement Funding for 2 year olds (15 hrs per week)

Unlike the Universal Entitlement scheme, this funding is subject to eligibility criteria and equates to approximately £1,500 per term.

Families will need to apply for this scheme via the Government website Childcare Choices. HMRC assesses eligibility depending on work information and income levels. Subject to meeting the eligibility criteria, a parent is given a code which they submit to YEK.

Families need to apply for the code the term before they wish to receive funding.

Families who would like to access the free 15 hours per week only and do not wish to pay for any additional hours or services can contact Westminster’s FIS service by email who will direct them to an appropriate provider:

We accept childcare voucher payments and are signed up with a number of providers, including the Government's Tax Free Childcare Scheme.
We also participate in Enjoy Benefit's Workplace Nursery Scheme.
